As the daughter, granddaughter, and sister-in-law of Colorado Fire Chiefs and Marshals, founder Tina Schwab built TLS in 2020 to provide the caliber of gear she would trust for her own family. With over 30 years of professional leadership experience, Tina pairs deep-rooted industry knowledge with a personal, "boots-on-the-ground" approach—prioritizing in-person meetings and true collaboration to meet the unique needs of every department.
